VISION UP, drawing upon the successful model of our
after-school English conversation school "Kids UP," provides
aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge

extensive experience in the Japanese English conversation
school industry, we've honed our approach to creating and
supporting schools that cultivate genuine English
proficiency in children.
Our vision extends beyond simply teaching English. We aim to

to a study-abroad experience. Simultaneously, we recognize

Our journey began in 2016 with the opening of our first
school in Den-en-chofu Yukigaya. Since then, we have
steadily expanded, opening 2 to 3 new schools annually. As
of 2025, we operate 36 schools across Tokyo, Kanagawa,
Chiba, and Saitama, with 5,257 enrolled students and a team
of over 500 staff members. We remain committed to delivering
high-quality English education and supporting children's
language development.

A Robust Business Model
VISION UP's success is rooted in the proven business model
of Kids UP, which achieved remarkable results, exceeding 2
billion yen in revenue in 2023 and establishing itself as a
top performer in the after-school English conversation
school sector. This success story, however, includes
navigating significant challenges. The 2020 global pandemic
presented unprecedented obstacles, including a two-month
system-wide school closure. Despite this disruption, we
strategically launched two new schools by year's end,
demonstrating the strength and adaptability of the Kids UP
business model.

fundamental operational principles and a commitment to
continuous improvement. We recognize the importance of
adapting to changing market dynamics and have actively
recruited diverse talent to enhance our expertise and
